Hello future dispatchers!
Many of you are going to be Eager Beavers, meaning you will take on drivers that have complex restrictions. I personally don’t, but you will be eager, so you probably will.
Here is a prime example: Driver wants to be home daily.
If you do this, you are taking on a big feat!
You may think you can book 2 short loads, 1 load out and 1 back in. It is never going to be that easy! You will be in a frenzy most of the time. Especially, if the driver is Power Only.
Please keep in mind that short distance loads don’t mean the following:
- Fast loading
- Fast unloading
- Same day delivery
- That there will be no problems
